Apeirobits collects information from various sources in the telecom environment — CDR/IPDR and raw signaling — and generates business information about network congestion, subscriber anomaly detection, marketing-package optimisation and targeting subscribers for offers across any channel. By processing such large volumes of data, Apeirobits helps telecommunication companies better understand their end-user experience and behaviour patterns. The system monitors subscriber actions and faults both in real time and in offline post-processing: reacting to drop-call events in real time through available channels (informing network operations), or processing raw data offline to generate analytic reports on subscriber behaviour and predefine marketing-package offers — for example, identifying subscribers who exceed their current package and are candidates for an upgrade offer.
